We work on a variety of different project types and scales. We have experience doing interior Restaurant fit-outs all the way to ground up Custom Homes and multistory Mixed-Use Developments. Take a look below for some of our current and completed projects.
Front Porch on Auburn
[Under Construction]
4 story Mixed-use project located in Downtown Atlanta. Front porch will be a catalyst for new energy in the sweet Auburn district providing much needed housing and community spaces, including a rooftop community garden. Project was designed in collaboration with Colehil & Syntony Design Collaborative. Cooper Carry is performing the CA.
DCHS Sports Complex

The Douglas County High School Sports Complex is a new ground-up 28,000 sf Building built within the footprint of an existing structure that has since been demolished for a new state of the art facility.
The Douglas County High School Sports Complex includes a new two-story athletic building that was built to house coach's offices, locker rooms, weight room, classrooms, and an elevated community meeting and entertaining space with balcony overlooking the football field. In addition to the athletic facility is a new bleachers system with approximately 3,500 seats. Housed below the new Bleachers are new sports changing rooms and new concessions stand with press box above. The new sports complex serves the needs of the school while also being flexible enough to allow community engagement as well. Designed in collaboration with Colehil.
Rosewood Development

Rosewood is a 70 unit Mixed-Use Building located in Fayetteville GA. It is an industrial style design split across 3 buildings with a precast parking deck to the rear. Planned completion Summer 2026.

1280 west is a penthouse level conversion and renovation. Interior only.
Custom Lake Home

Custom Lake home for a private client located near Lake Lanier
CHHS Classroom Addition
[In Design]
New 65,000 sf High School Addition and renovation for Chapel Hill High School in Douglas County GA. Project designed in collaboration with Colehil.
Douglasville Library

Howells Kitchen Exterior Design

High school addition included weightroom, cheer space, ROTC and Drama Classroom. Project completed at Colehil
Remerge Community Building Studio
[In Permitting]
Adaptive Re-Use Project off of Auburn Ave in Downtown Atlanta. Revovation of an existing 1900's church into Commercial Office and Community Gathering Space for Remerge Non-Profit. Project designed in collaboration with Syntony Design Collaborative.
The Pointe Development

The Pointe is a large mixed Use Development to be completed in the East Point area. Designed in collaboration with Colehil.
